Snowmageddon 2023 = Februburied = Snonslaught!
The amount of snow Truckee and the Tahoe area has had in the last few weeks is unreal.   In fact, our own TDHS President Greg Zirbel was interviewed on Friday, March 3 at our Museum of Truckee History alerting would-be-travelers to the woes of travel the weekend of March 3-5.  The predicted couple of inches is now OVER 2 FEET!
(Update 3/5/2023 3 pm - it's just shy of 3 NEW FEET of snow!)
